NAV4 is the trading name of Joe Faulkner and associates.  We are a small group of professional outdoor activity instructors, qualified tutors and coaches.  Our products and services are offered in good faith and inline with current good practice guidelines.  We are the market leaders in what we do and act as consultants to many varied commercial bodies.

Our integrity is of paramount importance, as is your safety and enjoyment. Our Ethos is to promote sustainable practices wherever possible. 

Your booking will be honoured, with cancellation in only the most severe and usual circumstances. We currently use SI Entries as our online entries system for events and our large courses.  Other services, such as Individual Bookings and Bespoke Products will be invoiced as appropriate. Full payment is due on completion of a service or product; a deposit of £50 is usual.

We must make it clear that there is an element of risk in everything we do. These risks will be explained before and at the start of each service or product. However, it is assumed that the individual is healthy, and suitably fit to undertake physical exercise, and will be clothed accordingly.
